  • How do I work out what size unit I need?

    Visit our Pricing & Sizes page to view our unit sizes and see examples of what might fit in the units. Use the unit dimensions provided to measure your space required.

    Sometimes viewing the units will give you a more visual idea of the space required. Contact us via email or phone to arrange a time to come and view our storage facility.

    Inform us of the items you need to store and we can use our experience to provide you with an appropriate size unit.

  • How does access work?

    Trentham Dry Storage is not self storage which is why we are suitable as a medium to long term storage facility. If you need to move goods in or out just give us a call and we will arrange a convenient time to meet. Our hours are flexible, 7 days a week.

  • Do I need to pay a deposit?

    No deposit required. Just payment of one month in advance will secure your storage unit.

  • Are there any administration fees like other companies?

    No administration fees are charged by Trentham Dry Storage.

  • How do I book a unit?

    By filling in our Service Agreement and paying your first monthly unit price. Download your Service Agreement from here.

  • What is the minimum storage period?

    Our minimum storage term is 1 month.

  • Is there anything I can't store?

    You cannot store dangerous, illegal, hazardous or perishable goods.

  • Are the premises secure?

    Yes. We are alarmed and monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Each individual unit is also locked. To add to the security, Trentham Dry Storage staff are always present when people are moving goods in or out.

  • Do I need to insure my goods?

    Insurance of goods is the responsibility of the customer and you should advise your insurance provider that your goods are being moved into our secure premises.

  • How do I pay for my storage unit?

    We have a range of options including cheque, cash, automatic payment and direct credit.
